InsideOut Body Therapies is a unique wellness and rehabilitation facility. It is the ONLY studio in the Triangle to offer Pilates, Pilates-Based Physical Therapy, GYROTONIC®, Rolfing®, Yoga, Tai Chi and a Pilates Teacher Training in the same professional and friendly atmosphere. We offer private and group exercise programs and structural bodywork for fitness, rehabilitation, pain management, and overall health.
InsideOut Body Therapies' Pilates Teacher Training Program is the first Teacher Training on the East Coast to be officially licensed from The Pilates Center in Boulder, CO. The Pilates Center's Teacher Training Program is one of the most respected, comprehensive, and intensive Pilates education curriculums in the world.
